Change will not come if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change we seek.

How many sessions will I need?

That is totally up to you and what feels right for your needs.

Outdoor

Talking Therapy

I am delighted to be able to offer Outdoor Talking Therapy, it is an alternative to traditional counselling which takes place inside. Spending time in the outdoors has been proven to positively impact on mental and physical health. Furthermore, research has shown that nature can support positive outcomes in therapy, therefore if you wish to combine an enjoyment of the outdoors and counselling then this may be a good option for you.

Outdoor sessions can consist of walking/sitting and talking, we can explore what suits you best. An appropriate location will be discussed and agreed between us where confidentiality can be maintained.
