During COVID pandemic sessions are not available face to face.
Sessions are available via Zoom, Phone or Outdoor/Walk & Talk (Seasonal)
Payment by cash or bank transfer within one hour of when the session ends.
How many sessions will I need?
That is totally up to you and what feels right for your needs.
I am delighted to be able to offer Outdoor Talking Therapy seasonally, it is an alternative to traditional counselling which takes place inside. Spending time in the outdoors has been proven to positively impact mental and physical health. Furthermore, research has shown that nature can support positive outcomes in therapy, therefore if you wish to combine an enjoyment of the outdoors and counselling then this may be a good option for you.
Outdoor sessions can consist of walking/sitting and talking, we can explore what suits you best. An appropriate location will be discussed and agreed upon between us where confidentiality can be maintained.
